which is on out Hub portion, you can see that the owners are itching to settle. It is also clear that Donald Fahr is trying to save face and get something a little more for his players. It is a negotiation, It is coming down to “nut cracking time”. It certainly appears the owners have conceded a little and are now prepared to accept a counter offer that is close and settle. But it is also clear that the owners are not going to blink.
