But as we wait for the Rick Nash saga to play out, there has been hockey going on. It may be me, but it seems like there has been a lot more coverage of the Blue Jackets development camp then in past years. I have posted several blog posts in the HUB and will continue to do so as they trickle in. I thank the people who have actually gone down and watched activity and reported back to those of us who didn’t for one reason or another.
The good news is that all reports have been positive. The better news is that the positive reports have not been confined to just a coupla of players. Depending on viewpoints and viewing points, there have been accolades for many players from goalies to skaters. The even better news is that these amateur scouting reports recognize the ages and backgrounds of the players and report that the talent hopper will be feeding players to Springfield and the Blue Jackets for several years.
